finding the unloved once again

Heya folks :)

my todo list says it's time to once again make a list of projects in
KDE that really need help from new or existing contributors. Please
help me make this list so we can create awareness and start looking
for people to help out: https://promo.notes.kde.jefferai.org/30
Note: Close to every project in KDE could use some more helping hands.
This list though should focus on the ones that are in real need and
where we should all together make an effort to help.
The list should be ready in 2 weeks. After that I will start looking
for people. Help very much welcome.
