Crashes on closing applications

When I build our companies stuff on openSuSE 11.0 and run it on Kubuntu (exact 
version unknown, but recent) I get that sort of std::string errors too. This 
may be totally unrelated but it looks too similar for me to not suspect any 
breakage.
