Button not working - any ideas?

Hi all,

  Anyone know what could be causing https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=221916

  Basically, press ctrl+esc to bring up System Activity.  Press down
arrow to select the first process.  Then hover over the Kill Process
button.  It doesn't correctly light up, and the tooltip doesn't work
correctly.

  I can't reproduce on a system using the svn krunner, but otherwise
running KDE 4.3.
