new kdm theme

I have a new kdm theme, as well as a minor update to the existing
ksplash theme for 4.4

It is done, but because I just recently got my svn account I never
committed it into trunk before the branch creation.

Questions: Should I commit it... and if so where? into trunk and also
the branch?

I think that a new theme would be nice as it can integrate nicely with
the new wallpaper so the overall look is better :)
