Please review my patch for KDE Trash limits

Hi Tobias, 
I write to you, because you are author of KDE Trash limitation. Thank you for 
this job, I always wanted this possibilities. But I guess that I found small 
bug in it. User can't use both limitations (size and time) together but in 
config dialog can check both... Can you please review my patch?
