Its probably would be better to move KInfoCenter to kdebase-workspace 
rather than move Solid::Control to kdelibs. Solid::Control is not 
finished yet and is a layer above Solid libs so probably not the best 
place for it.

I think it would be better to move the whole of KInfoCenter instead of 
just the KCMs encase later there is some interoperability between System 
Settings and KInfoCenter.

Who would I talk to, to get it moved to kdebase-workspace? I don't want 
to move it in SVN and then get told off by the build team :)
