[PATCH] Webcam support to System Settings, "About Me" section

Hi, this is my first post and my first paches. The attached files add webcam 
support for "About Me" section in System Settings. This feature is develop 
with Opencv for portability. If you want build this first you need the Opencv's 
cmake module, this is the link http://bit.ly/6q7RJ5 

I attach four patches:

 - faceDlg.diff: Is a patch for kdebase/apps/kdepasswd/kcm/faceDlg.ui 
 - chfacedlg.h.diff : Patch for kdebase/apps/kdepasswd/kcm/chfacedlg.h
 - chfacedlg.cpp.diff : Patch for kdebase/apps/kdepasswd/kcm/chfacedlg.cpp
- CMakeLists.diff: Patch for kdebase/apps/kdepasswd/kcm/CMakeLists.txt, adds 
opencv support
