I know that... I was asking more in the hypothetical case of someone using a 
patched qt to already use a system-wide ca-bundle.  Will (unpatched) kde 
naturally benefit from that or not? 

Based on the patch comment I referenced, it seemed the answer was yes.  But 
now, I'm not so sure.
