Soprano: optional or mandatory?

Hello,
According to dashboard, everything is fine in kdelibs, but again there are
troubles when trying to compile with the minimal set of dependencies. I
remember a discussion about the impossibility of testing all combinations of
dependencies, but I think that having a minimal and a full set of fulfilled
deps could catch some errors early without costing too much effort.
