New dependency for kdelibs and kdebase: dbusmenu-qt

Wouldn't it be better to write such an email *before* committing ? Then people 
would have the chance to update at a time which fits them, instead of being 
forced to update immediately.

Sorry, I think this is a bad strategy. Committing to kdelibs and then not be 
available directly afterwards if something doesn't work ?
