Not necessarily.  A tablet most likely is using a specialized UI with touch 
control.  It's not certain that the KDE widgets and dialogs that are in 
kdelibs now fit well onto such a platform.  So Tablet: touch screen, and 
Netbook: Mouse+keyboard can lead to very different UI's and therefore 
different demands on that part of kdelibs.
