Kopete runner now in kdereview

Because Kopete doesn't support Galago. And the majority of the functionality 
in the runner isn't covered by Galago anyways. It's covered by Telepathy.

If you want to do it "properly", the thing to do is make Kopete use Telepathy. 
Help is welcome to accomplish that task.
