Well the thread is about suspend. Auto-shutdown is a different topic (and IMO a
no go). And about broken suspend: I think if the user knows that suspend
doesn't work he shouldn't use it and we should not destroy our user interfaces
because of possible broken systems. I am using suspend all the time and never
had problems with this system. If suspend doesn't work, suspend has to be fixed
upstream.
