kdelibs (tests) doesn't build against qt 4.6.0-tp1

Either that or you add #include <QtTest/QtTestGui>.

This new header I added yesterday and it's unofficial.

To use this new header, you need to upgrade Qt to v4.6.0-tp1-345-g0d2d8f9.
