Nepomuk as hard dependency in future?

you mean "outside of the KDE Workspace". dolphin does that, too.

and nepomuk being started really should not rely on the workspace being 
running if at all possible. does it really depend on anything in kdebase-
workspace, or is it all in kdebase-runtime?
