Kopete runner now in kdereview

Please do that before moving the runner out of kdereview.
Right now, it makes one call per contact, which means it takes 5 to 10 seconds
for the KRunner window to show up, while Kopete, KRunner and dbus-daemon
together consume all CPU in my two cores. The delay is big enough that I
wonder every time if KRunner has crashed.
This happens even if I disable the plugin in the KRunner settings.
Sorry to be intrusive, but I've added an #if 0 around the "foreach" code in
r1031564. The alternative is to stop building the plugin, but I thought you'd
want to benefit from build fixes by other people anyway.
