smb kcm module in kdebase/apps/konqueror/settings/kio/ ?

yes, but i wonder if he still considers himself the maintainer. i'd say one of 
us could just as easily move it and not worry too much about it. want to flip 
a coin? ;)

more seriously, i'm ++busy today, but could do it tomorrow or maaaaybe tonight 
depending on how things go
