I send the email manually since I (once again) failed to make a correct 
svn-message.

The few feedbacks recieved since last week on the "animated" 
oxygen-style branch being quite positive, I merged it to trunk few 
minutes ago. From my tests things compile and work fine.
Only "fade-in/fade-out" animations are committed, with a rather short 
(150ms) transition time.

A new "tab" has been added to the configuration window to enable/disable 
various part of the animations.
Notably, menu and menubar animations are currently disabled, because 
they still require some work IMO.

The commit also comes with a number of changes done yesterday with 
pinheiro to the style, concerning pushbuttions, radiobuttons and 
checkboxes marker, as well as scrollbar/combobox/toolbuttons arrows.

Also there is some ongoing work being done to have a crisper "glow". The 
current version is sharper than the previous one, but this is still work 
in progress.
