Summary
-------

KPat has a custom help action that takes the player directly to the description of the current game type in the handbook. I'd like to group this action with the other two help actions in the "Help" menu, but can't currently as there is no merge point there. This patch adds such a merge point.

I realise the patch is trivial, but as this file has "standard" in its name and effects all KDE apps, I thought I'd get it reviewed first.
