Where to place a non-spec shared icon, e.g. hi16-action-dirsync.png ?

Those for Okteta alone are some old ones (I just added a red no, while I was 
on the page), while still valid.
The new one we are talking about here is the one at the end of the list for 
the main modules (the one with "Kate, KDevelop, Okteta" and "goto folder of 
current document") :)

I would be happy if you do. :) Additionally I think these icons, for 
readonly/readwrite status and the actions on bookmarks, are also useful for 
some other programs.
