It seems that someone else assigned the components to you already :)
I'm going to reassign to you the current bugs /wishes filed against
SystemSettings. Some of them could be marked as Fixed with this new
implementation. You should check them out when you have some time.
There are also some wishes which are SystemSettings unrelated, like
the creation of new configuration modules. (or bugs against several
configuration components which are under the "general" component)
