Summer of Code Proposal - Crossplatform Authentication and Authorization framework for KDE - Looking for review and suggestions

I've just submitted a proposal for the GSoC for a project relative to  
PolicyKit/KDE.
Dario Freddi (drf__) will be my mentor.

I post the request here because I'd like more feedback and suggestions  
about this project.
