Yes this works only for local files. "konq_fileitemcapabilities.cpp" uses
this for local file check.
And it uses KProtocalManager::supportsWriting(url)&&item.iswritable() for
remote files.

So what do you suggest? Just adding isReallyLocal check should be enough? Or
I should
add support for remote files as "konq_fileitemcapabilities.cpp" did ?
