ok, so recapping:
this will go in kworkspace folder linked in the same lib (adds a bit more 
weight, but avoids to link just another lib where needed)

the plasma-wallpaper related stuff could be subclassed somewhere in 
workspace/plasma (don't think worth the effort since it woudn't decrease the 
weight of the lib, since it links to libplasma already)

header installed since the others in kworkspace are already installed?
