if you can come up with sufficiently many plasma apps to justify it (by
whatever standards you may want to apply), you are free to add a derived
class to libplasma for convenience.
while "plasma everywhere" may seem self-evident to you, not all of kde
is or even should be somehow plasma-related. if you think something is
of utility beyond plasma, then put it in some more "neutral" place
instead of making "beyond" use plasma.
