KSelectionProxyModel and KDescendantsProxyModel

Hi,

I've just moved KSelectionProxyModel and KDescendantsProxyModel from akonadi 
libraries where they've been under development since about December, into 
KDELibs.

Both are being used by KContactManager and will be used in various other 
places in KDE pim in the coming months. Both are also used by the AmazingBar 
in playground. More about that later. :)
