Well I still see no bug asking for decimal units but you and Tom have asked 
for them so if this is really something enough people want to tweak to make it 
an option in Localization settings then we should do that (and add the three 
possibilities).

Assuming there's no support for adding a GUI option, *then* I'd prefer for the 
hidden option restoring KDE 3.5 behavior.

Marcel, if you want to open a wishlist bug with your patch I will try to get 
it some visibility that way we can see how many people want decimal units or 
not.  Otherwise I'd like to at least start with the hidden option part of your 
patch, assuming it's as I remember supporting the three different unit types. 
(Your submission doesn't show up on review board right now either :-/)
