Yes, it is, but I find Minitools to be a pain to use compared to simply
clicking a link in the bookmark bar. Additionally, when a
not-so-experienced user browses to a page which suggest to just "drag
the link to the bookmark bar" (cf Delicious website) it does not work
with Konqueror.
I don't think we can expect websites to publish Konqueror-specific
instructions, so it's better to adapt IMO.
