[BUG?] libxrender-dev checking is missing

We discussed this the other day in the thread "Missing cmake check for Xrender".

I'm was waiting for someone to change kfilepreviewgenerator.cpp so that
it compiles without XRender*(). Since nobody has volunteered to do that
after several requests over the past year, I'll make an educated guess
and do it myself.
