[PATCH] KNotify Configure Sound Improvement

So this is my first patch to kdelibs, but I couldn't resist scratching
this itch last night.

When configuring a sound notification, I noticed that the KFileDialog
that comes up starts in the user's home directory rather than where the
rest of the KDE sounds are. I had to search for a bit to actually find
where the sounds really are, which was mildly irritating. I thought it'd
be useful if the dialog started where the rest of the KDE sounds are,
with the currently selected one highlighted.
