PolicyKit-KDE and QPolicyKit library

Hello everyone,

Daniel has almost finished his work on the QPolicyKit library, that will allow
programmers to use Policykit with ease through Qt. There was a discussion
before about having it in KDELibs, though we decided to keep it Qt only to
allow the widest range of Developers to benefit from it.

So there goes a simple question. PolicyKit-KDE will be soon moved to kdebase,
and now it depends on QPolicyKit. The idea we liked the most was to move
QPolicyKit to kdesupport instead of kdelibs, so that packaging it for non KDE
apps would be easier.

I would like to hear some feedback about that before making the move. To me,
Daniel and Lukas this seems the most sensible decision. More than that, I am
also wondering if policykit-kde belongs to runtime or workspace

Cheers
