Well I'd be fine putting it back to NEEDINFO when I actually answer such a 
question. :-)

My auto-reopen thing was because I tend to focus only on the bugs which are 
actually not resolved, it's merely an anti-procrastination thing. But you're 
right it could be problematic in some cases.
