[PATCH] Trigger an inhibition in ksmserver upon logout

Hello everyone,
First of all, I apologize for being that late. Unfortunately exams here are
harder and more time consuming than I thought.
Anyway, here comes the patch. It's way more simple and less intrusive than
before (just 3 lines of code more), and includes reverting my previous commit.
The only thing I'm not so sure about it's the placement of
::beginSuppressingSleep() call, I'd appreciate Lubos' opinion on that.
