Making okular the default program for tiff files?

Yes, there is one (attached to the BR that request multipage tiff), but 
Aurelien said this should not be ported to KDE4 as Okular is supposed to 
support multipage TIFF. 
 TIFF is "interesting", it can be plain graphics where a graphic editing 
app fits more for them, or it can be a multipage document (produced by 
FAX applications), where Okular would be a better choice.
