polkit-qt-1 and polkit-kde out from kdereview

Hi all,

I just moved polkit-qt-1 out of kdereview to the kdesupport and also polkit-kde from kdereview to the extragear. Both of them was sitting in kdereview for more than 14 days and I think we catch all major errors, so I moved them. I want to ask if the translations can be moved accordingly.
