Removal of KPackage from the KDEAdmin module

This thread is slowly becoming "slaughtering old stuff" ;D

Anyway, given the original question, since me and Daniel are the only ones who 
I know of working on package management (sorry if I am missing out something), 
given no objections from KPackage's maintainer I think it can be removed, and 
it will have some proper replacements soon (even if in eg)
