Unlikely. (at least not if oxygen implements this a sane way)

did you somewhere describe what you're doing and why it clashes with a smooth 
transition?

(and no, i'm not to blame here - bespin doesn't transform labels, mostly 
because they change their geometry on content changes and then things look 
dull ;-)
