kdesu bug 84039 and patch

Hi, I promised Robby I'd poke someone about this bug.  He's got a
patch attached to it that's valid against 4.3.1, but I think waba was
the last maintainer of this code.  Not sure if anyone has a moment to
review/apply the patch?
