Merging KAuth into KDELibs

Hello list,

time is now mature to merge the brand new KAuth into kdelibs. It is now into 
branches/work/kdelibs-libkauth, but remains the problem of where. The library 
consists of the core KAuth and 2 new widgets. Possibilities are:

 - merge kauth into kdecore and the widgets into kdeui
 - have kauth as a separate directory and library into kdelibs/ and the 
widgets into kdeui
 - have both the lib and the widgets in kdelibs/kauth

I favor for the second, but I would like some kdelibs maintainers or gurus to 
discuss
