Reminder: KDE 4.3.1 Changelog

Hi everyone,

while the schedule has not been locked down yet, KDE
4.3.1 will most likely be tagged on or around August
27th.

A lot of work has been done on the KDE 4.3 branch
since 4.3.1, including some pretty critical fixes
(the KIO stuff comes to mind), yet none of that is
reflected in the changelog yet -- please remember
to add your accomplishments there! :-)
