ambiguity checking seems broken

I just realized that CTRL-Return cannot be used anymore in KMail to send 
mails (trunk, rev. 863127), it isn't even listed as the default 
shortcut. I can set it manually and got no conflict warning, so... what 
has happening here?
Is this related to your changes?
