ambiguity checking seems broken

No, I just disabled plugins in konqueror to be 100% sure.

Shouldn't the shortcut be listed in the shortcut editor - at least
normally? Because I only have 1 for either Ctrl+F, F3 or Shift+F3 in the
editor.
