Port KAnimatedSystemTray into KSystemTray

Hey!
There is the KAnimatedSystemTrayIcon-class in Kopete now for some time... I 
would like to use it in Shaman as well, so I copied it first...
Uwolfer pointed me to port it into KSystemTrayIcon then, which I have done...

It's mostly a straightforward port, but I removed the startMovie() and 
stopMovie() slots, starting and stopping works now via movie->start() and 
movie->stop()...

The patch is attached..
