use of the bookmarks-organize icon

Hello

According to http://techbase.kde.org/Projects/Oxygen/namingSpec/actions ,
we should use the bookmarks-organize icons for the "Edit Bookmarks" action.
As it's defined in kdelibs/kdeui, I prefer this patch to be reviewed before 
being commited. Any remark ?
