Adding UTC to timezones

Current list of timezones misses UTC (reported long time age in
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164383 and
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156314).
I see two ways of adding this. Updating zones.tab or hard-coding this
in ksystemtimezone.cpp.
Is any one of theses better? Or maybe someone has other, even better
idea than mine?
