[PATCH] KWin Xinerama: Move mouse to other screen

Any Xinerama user on this list who volunteers to try my patch?  I apologize 
for the long post, but there was a lot to say..

(If you think "moving mouse pointers programmatically is evil", recall that 
this is an action initiated by the user, so that does not hold here IMO.)
