[REMINDER] Documentation/Handbook Freeze

Howdy,

A friendly reminder to please finish up your changes to docbooks soon.

Our deadline is 25 Nov, 11:59 UTC   

Minor changes like spelling, grammar and things that don't affect translations
can be made any time.  The freeze is on to help give the translators time
to do their work before the 4.2.0 Release.
