Rawthumbnail plugin in kdereview

Dear all,

A few days back, finally the rawthumbnail plugin got moved from 
playground to kdereview. Thanks to Gilles for helping with the move.

It's a thumbnailer plugin for Dolphin to show preview thumbs of RAW 
images, used in many dSLR cameras, thanks to using libkdcraw (which 
supports many popular formats like Canon crw,cr2, Nikon nef, Olympus' 
orf, Fuji's raf, Sony's sr2, and many others ).

Dependancies other than kdelibs, are kexiv2 and kdcraw libraries, both 
in kdegraphics already. The first one is used for autorotating images 
given EXIF info, and the second one for extracting the thumbs.

I'd like it moved to kdegraphics, given raw support libraries are 
already provided there.

Please test and review, and feel free to suggest any changes.
