Runtime decision for QSvgRenderer workarounds

Hi Jakob and all,

First of all, thanks for facing this issue. This is pretty annoying when one 
can't give free full SVG support in a clean way for an icon loader...

I have even thought of using WebKit's SVG renderer for getting the icons, but 
I don't know how fast that would be.

Anyways, I'm OK with your changes, and they seem sane, so a +1 from me.
