Is it OK to commit a new kapptemplate template?

Hi all,

I have almost finished (still need to write the README) a new kapptemplate
template (for Akonadi resources) and was wondering if I can commit it to
kdesdk, feature freeze and all.

From the application's point of view it is basically just data, but
the .kdevtemplate file looks like it is intended to be translated, though
none of the other seem to be.

Cheers,
Kevin
